Its classic American field watch aesthetic, combined with practical features, makes it a versatile companion for various activities. This unisex model offers a blend of durability and comfort, appealing to a wide audience seeking a dependable timepiece.

At its core, the A-3p Sportsman is powered by a precise Japanese quartz movement, ensuring accurate timekeeping without the need for winding. The watch features a robust 42mm polycarbonate Unibody case that is both lightweight and exceptionally durable, complemented by a hardened mineral glass crystal for enhanced scratch resistance. With a water resistance of 100 metres, it is well-suited for swimming and snorkelling, adding to its utility.

Designed for optimal wearability, the watch incorporates an ergonomic 4 o'clock crown that prevents discomfort during wrist movement. The long-lasting U.S. Patented B-Type nylon band ensures a secure and comfortable fit for all wrist sizes. This combination of a tough case, reliable movement, and practical design makes the Bertucci A-3p Sportsman an excellent choice for those who value functionality and resilience in their daily wear.

The Bertucci A-3p Sportsman 13385 embodies the quintessential spirit of a reliable field watch, offering a no-nonsense approach to timekeeping for the active individual. Designed for both men and women, this timepiece prioritises durability and legibility, making it an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts, casual wearers, and anyone seeking a robust, low-maintenance watch that can withstand daily rigours.

Central to its appeal is the dependable Japanese quartz movement, which ensures precise timekeeping and minimal upkeep, a hallmark of practical field instruments. The watch features a lightweight yet incredibly tough 42mm fibre-reinforced polycarbonate Unibody case, providing excellent shock resistance and comfort on the wrist. Its hardened mineral glass crystal offers good protection against scratches, while the 100-metre water resistance makes it suitable for various water activities, from swimming to light snorkelling.

One potential trade-off for its rugged, utilitarian design is the absence of a sapphire crystal, which would offer superior scratch resistance compared to the hardened mineral glass. While the polycarbonate case is highly durable and lightweight, some purists might prefer the heft and traditional feel of a stainless steel construction. However, these choices contribute to its accessible price point and overall functional design.

Ultimately, the Bertucci A-3p Sportsman 13385 is recommended for individuals who need a highly functional and durable watch for daily wear or outdoor adventures, without the need for complex features or a luxury aesthetic. It's a solid alternative to more expensive mechanical field watches, offering reliability and a classic look. Consider it if you value resilience and straightforward performance over intricate horological craftsmanship.
