Description
The Invicta Specialty 35681 quartz watch is designed for men seeking a bold, functional timepiece for everyday wear and recreational water activities. It embodies Invicta's philosophy of offering substantial design at an accessible price point, making it a popular choice for those who appreciate a commanding wrist presence without a significant investment. This model, part of the Specialty collection, focuses on robust construction and straightforward utility.
At its core, the Specialty 35681 is powered by a reliable Japanese quartz movement, specifically the PC21J Caliber, ensuring accurate timekeeping with minimal maintenance. Its substantial 45mm stainless steel case is paired with a durable Flame Fusion crystal, a proprietary hardened mineral glass offering good scratch resistance. The watch boasts a practical 100-meter water resistance, making it suitable for various surface water sports.
While the 100-meter water resistance is adequate for swimming and snorkeling, the watch features a push/pull crown, which means it is not designed for serious diving and should always be checked to ensure it is fully closed before water exposure. The gold and grey top bezel ring is stationary, serving a decorative purpose rather than offering a functional timing bezel for elapsed time measurement. This might be a consideration for users expecting a rotating bezel.
