Technically, the Fit3 impresses with its vivid 1.6” AMOLED display, providing excellent clarity and responsiveness for all interactions. Its robust 5ATM water resistance and IP68 dust protection ensure it can withstand daily rigours, including swimming, making it a reliable companion for active lifestyles. The inclusion of a powerful 208mAh battery is a significant highlight, promising up to 14 days of usage, which is exceptional for a device in this category.

While the Galaxy Fit3 offers a comprehensive suite of health and fitness tracking features, including SpO2 and heart rate monitoring, its exclusive compatibility with Android devices is a notable limitation. This means iPhone users will need to look elsewhere, narrowing its potential audience. It provides a strong value proposition for everyday health monitoring and activity tracking, making it a solid alternative to more expensive smartwatches, particularly for users prioritising battery life and a vibrant display.
