Is the Invicta Pro Diver 40001 resistant to magnetic fields?
The Invicta Pro Diver 40001 does not specify enhanced magnetic resistance. While most quartz watches are less susceptible to magnetism than mechanical ones, strong magnetic fields should still be avoided to ensure optimal performance.

Editor's take
The Invicta Pro Diver Stratus 40001 positions itself as an accessible entry into the dive watch aesthetic, targeting enthusiasts who appreciate a bold design and reliable timekeeping. As part of the Pro Diver collection, it carries the brand's legacy of offering feature-rich watches at competitive price points, making it suitable for daily wear rather than professional diving.
At its core, this model is powered by a precise quartz movement, ensuring accuracy and minimal maintenance. Encased in a substantial 45mm steel case, it features a vibrant blue dial protected by Invicta's proprietary Flame Fusion crystal, known for its scratch resistance. With a water resistance rating of 100 metres, it is well-suited for recreational swimming and snorkelling.
While branded "Pro Diver," the 100-metre water resistance and push-pull crown suggest it's more of a dive-style watch than a true professional diving instrument. Serious divers requiring ISO 6425 certification or deeper water capabilities might find this model's specifications limiting. The stationary bezel also means it lacks the functional timing capabilities of a true dive bezel.
This Invicta Pro Diver is an excellent choice for individuals seeking a robust, eye-catching timepiece for casual wear and light water activities. Its bold presence and reliable quartz mechanism offer great value. For those needing a more robust tool watch, exploring models with higher water resistance and a unidirectional rotating bezel would be advisable.
