Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Sekonda Editions 2664.27 suitable for swimming or showering?
The Sekonda Editions 2664.27 has a water resistance of 50 metres. This means it is suitable for splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, but it is not recommended for swimming, showering, or diving, as prolonged exposure to water pressure can compromise its seals.
What kind of movement powers this Sekonda ladies' watch?
This Sekonda Editions 2664.27 watch is powered by a reliable three-hand analogue quartz movement. This type of movement ensures accurate timekeeping with minimal maintenance, typically requiring only a battery replacement every few years.
How does the Sekonda Editions 2664.27 compare to other fashion watches in its price range?
The Sekonda Editions 2664.27 stands out with its elegant grey lace dial and versatile style, making it a strong contender for daily wear. While many alternatives might offer similar quartz reliability, this model's unique aesthetic and comfortable polyurethane strap provide a distinct fashion statement.
What is the expected battery life for this quartz watch?
As a quartz watch, the Sekonda Editions 2664.27 typically has a battery life of two to three years, depending on usage. When the battery runs out, it can be easily replaced by a professional watchmaker to ensure continued accurate timekeeping.

Editor's take
The Sekonda Editions 2664.27 positions itself as an accessible and stylish timepiece designed for the modern woman. Part of the brand's Editions collection, this watch blends contemporary fashion with reliable timekeeping, making it a suitable choice for daily wear or special occasions. Its elegant aesthetic, highlighted by a unique dial, aims to appeal to those who appreciate subtle sophistication.
Technically, this model is equipped with a dependable three-hand analogue quartz movement, ensuring accuracy and minimal maintenance. The 36mm case, while its material is broadly described as 'Other', is complemented by a robust mineral glass that protects the distinctive grey lace dial. A water resistance rating of 50 metres means it can comfortably handle everyday splashes and brief immersion, adding to its practicality for a busy lifestyle.
One point to consider is the listed 'chronograph' feature without any visible subdials or specific chronograph functionality mentioned in the detailed description. This suggests the term might refer to a design element rather than a fully functional timing complication, which could be misleading for those expecting a true chronograph. The polyurethane strap, while comfortable, may not offer the same premium feel as leather or metal.
Ultimately, the Sekonda Editions 2664.27 is best suited for women seeking a fashionable and low-maintenance watch that prioritises style and basic timekeeping. For those desiring a more robust or technically complex timepiece, exploring other Sekonda collections or brands known for their functional chronographs would be advisable.
