Under the hood, the CZ Smart is powered by Wear OS by Google and a Qualcomm 4100+ chipset, providing a fluid user experience and access to a broad ecosystem of applications. Key technical features include integrated GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, and a suite of advanced health sensors such as heart rate and SP02 monitoring. While the watch offers a strong feature set, its "Water Resistant" rating and IPX6 certification indicate protection against powerful water jets, but not necessarily suitability for swimming or diving. Users seeking a smartwatch for extensive water activities might need to consider models with higher water resistance ratings. The 24+ hour battery life is standard for this category, though heavy usage of GPS and other sensors will naturally reduce this duration.

Ultimately, the Citizen CZ Smart MX1017-50X is an excellent choice for those seeking a versatile, stylish smartwatch that excels in health monitoring and smart connectivity. It's particularly well-suited for users embedded in the Google ecosystem or those who appreciate the CZ Smart YouQ app's personalized wellness insights. For individuals prioritizing extreme durability or deep-water capabilities, exploring dedicated sports watches or higher-rated dive computers might be a more appropriate alternative.
