Description
The OUPINKE A-OUPINKE-3198 Green is a self-winding men's watch built around a green skeleton dial and a tungsten steel bracelet. It suits buyers who want a mechanical look at an accessible level and enjoy seeing the movement at work.
The case is made of tungsten steel and measures 41mm across and 12.5mm thick. An automatic mechanical movement drives the hands, and a synthetic sapphire crystal protects the dial. Water resistance is rated to 50m, which covers splashes and brief immersion.
The butterfly clasp holds the 20mm wide bracelet securely, and the listing gives the weight as 187g. Being automatic, it runs without a battery, though it should be wound by hand now and then if left unworn. It is not intended for swimming or bathing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear this OUPINKE automatic in the shower or pool?
Not really. The OUPINKE A-OUPINKE-3198 Green is rated to 50m, which in practice covers splashes, rain and washing hands. Hot water and steam can stress the seals, and swimming is not recommended by the seller, so keep it for dry daily wear.
Do I need a battery, and how do I keep it running?
It has no battery. The automatic movement winds from wrist motion, so wearing it daily keeps it going. If it has sat unworn and stopped, wind the crown by hand a few turns before setting the time, which also helps keep timekeeping steady.
Will a 41mm case fit my wrist?
A 41mm case with a 12.5mm thickness suits average to larger wrists. The bracelet is 20mm wide and about 20cm long, and with a weight of 187g it can feel heavy on slim wrists, so remove links if you need a closer fit.
How does it compare with a Seiko 5 or Orient automatic?
The OUPINKE offers a green skeleton dial, tungsten steel case and synthetic sapphire glass at a low price. A Seiko 5 or Orient usually brings a named in-house movement and wider service support, so choose those if movement pedigree matters more than looks.
Is the crystal scratch resistant for daily sport or walking?
The synthetic sapphire crystal is listed at Mohs 9 with an anti-scratch coating, so it resists everyday scuffs well. For walking and light sport it is fine, though the 187g bracelet is better suited to casual wear than hard training.
How often should this watch be serviced?
Mechanical watches generally benefit from a check every few years, and seals should be tested if you expose it to water often. As the calibre is not named, ask the repairer about parts first and use a local watchmaker.
Editor's take
OUPINKE sells this green skeleton piece to buyers who want a visibly mechanical watch without a big outlay. The dial is the main draw, opened up so the automatic mechanical movement can be seen working, and the green colourway is less common than black or blue in this segment.
The case is tungsten steel, 41mm across and 12.5mm thick, with a synthetic sapphire crystal rated at Mohs 9 and an anti-scratch coating. Tungsten is dense and scratch resistant, which fits the listed weight of 187g on the tungsten steel bracelet.
The trade-off is weight and water resistance. At 187g it will feel heavy for smaller wrists, and 50m water resistance means splashes and brief immersion only, so swimming and bathing are out. No calibre is named in the listing, so servicing history and parts support are unclear.
It suits someone who wants a bold green skeleton dial for casual and office wear. If you prefer a lighter watch or proven movement pedigree, a Seiko 5 or an Orient automatic sits in a similar price bracket. The butterfly clasp keeps the 20mm bracelet secure day to day.

41mm Tungsten Steel Case
The 41.0mm case is made from tungsten steel, a dense material that gives the watch a solid feel on the wrist and resists everyday scratching better than many standard alloys. The proportions suit a dress watch while still holding presence on larger wrists.

Automatic Movement, No Battery
The automatic movement winds from the motion of your wrist, so there is no battery to replace. Wear it regularly and the rotor keeps the mainspring charged, which is the traditional way a mechanical dress watch is meant to run.
Sapphire Crystal and Steel Bracelet
A synthetic sapphire crystal protects the green dial and keeps it clear under daily wear. The stainless steel bracelet matches the case in finish, and 50m water resistance covers splashes and hand washing, though it is not intended for swimming or diving.
