The Invicta Angel 0701 stands out with its vibrant red silicone strap, Flame Fusion crystal, and functional chronograph subdials for day, date, and 60-second counter. While many watches offer basic timekeeping, this model provides added utility and a distinctive aesthetic for its price point, making it a stylish daily choice.

Editor's take
The Invicta Angel 0701 from the brand's popular Angel Collection offers a vibrant and functional timepiece for women seeking a blend of casual style and practical features. Its distinctive red silicone strap and white dial make it a noticeable accessory, suitable for everyday wear and adding a pop of colour to any outfit.
At its core, this watch is powered by a reliable Japanese quartz movement, specifically the Calibre VD76, ensuring accurate timekeeping and low maintenance. The 36.5mm stainless steel case is complemented by a robust Flame Fusion crystal, providing good scratch resistance for daily activities. The inclusion of day, date, and 60-second subdials adds a useful chronograph function.
While the 30-metre water resistance is adequate for splashes and hand washing, it is important to note that this watch is not designed for swimming or diving, limiting its utility for more rigorous water activities. The uni-directional plastic bezel, while adding a sporty aesthetic, offers limited practical use beyond basic timing.
This Invicta Angel model is best suited for women who prioritise fashion-forward design and everyday functionality over extreme durability or professional water sports. For those seeking a more robust water-resistant option, exploring dedicated dive watches within a similar price range might be a better alternative.
