What type of movement powers the Invicta Angel 48995 watch?
This Invicta Angel watch is equipped with a reliable quartz movement. This type of movement is known for its accuracy and requires minimal maintenance, typically only needing a battery replacement every few years.
How does the Invicta Angel 48995 compare to other dress watches in its price range?
The Invicta Angel 48995 stands out with its distinctive square silver dial and compact 28mm stainless steel case. While many watches in this range offer round dials, the Angel provides a unique aesthetic, making it a stylish alternative for those seeking something different.
What is the recommended wrist size for the 28mm Invicta Angel 48995?

Editor's take
The Invicta Angel 48995 presents itself as a charming and accessible option for women seeking a classic dress watch. Part of the popular Angel collection, this timepiece combines a modest size with a refined aesthetic, making it suitable for both casual and more formal settings.
At its core, the watch is powered by a reliable quartz movement, ensuring precise timekeeping with minimal maintenance. Its construction features a durable stainless steel case and a matching bracelet, complemented by a scratch-resistant mineral crystal protecting its distinctive silver dial. The square case shape adds a touch of vintage appeal.
While the 28mm case size is ideal for smaller wrists, those preferring a more substantial presence might find it too diminutive. Additionally, the water resistance is suitable for splashes but not for swimming, which is a common limitation for dress watches in this segment. The mineral crystal, while scratch-resistant, is not as robust as sapphire.
Overall, the Invicta Angel 48995 is a solid choice for women desiring a stylish and dependable everyday watch. It offers a blend of classic design and modern reliability, making it a versatile addition to any jewellery collection. Consider it if you value elegance and practicality over high-end horological complications.
