One of the standout features is its uni-directional stainless steel bezel with a black top ring, essential for tracking dive times safely. The comfortable stainless steel bracelet secures with a deployment clasp, ensuring a secure fit during active use. This Invicta model provides a compelling blend of classic dive watch appeal and practical specifications for enthusiasts on a budget.

The Invicta Pro Diver 35717 positions itself as an accessible yet robust option for enthusiasts seeking a classic dive watch aesthetic without a prohibitive price tag. This model from the popular Pro Diver collection caters to men who appreciate a substantial wrist presence and the reliability of an automatic movement, making it a versatile choice for everyday wear and casual aquatic activities.

Powering this timepiece is the dependable NH35A Japanese Automatic movement, a workhorse calibre known for its solid performance and ease of maintenance. Encased in a 47mm stainless steel case and protected by a mineral crystal, the watch boasts a 200-meter water resistance, making it genuinely capable for recreational diving and various surface water sports. The uni-directional bezel further enhances its utility for tracking elapsed time underwater.

While the Invicta Pro Diver 35717 offers impressive specifications for its price, the use of mineral crystal rather than sapphire is a common trade-off in this segment. This means it may be more susceptible to scratches compared to watches with sapphire glass, requiring a bit more care during active use. However, its robust construction still provides ample durability for most scenarios.

Ultimately, the Pro Diver 35717 is an excellent choice for individuals looking for a large, feature-rich automatic dive watch that doesn't break the bank. It serves as a fantastic entry point into mechanical watches or a reliable daily beater for those who value functionality and a classic dive watch look. Consider it if you're after a bold statement piece with genuine water-ready capabilities.
