Description
The OUPINKE automatic is a ladies' dress watch built around a gold skeleton dial with sparkling crystal diamond markers at each hour. It suits formal events, parties and gifting occasions where a bit of shine is wanted.
It uses an automatic mechanical movement, so it runs from wrist motion rather than a battery. The case is stainless steel at 34mm across and 12mm thick, covered by mineral glass, and the 30m water resistance covers splashes and rain. The matching stainless steel bracelet is 16mm wide and 19cm long.
A dual calendar window and luminous hands add practical use for daily wear and night reading. The push button hidden clasp keeps the bracelet line clean. Before first use, wind the crown at least 30 times to get the movement started.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear it in the shower or pool?
The OUPINKE L6727 is rated 30 m water resistant, which in practice means splash and rain protection. Showers, hot water and swimming are best avoided, since heat and pressure can compromise the seals over time. For daily wear, hand washing and light rain are fine.
Will it fit a 6.5 inch wrist?
The 34mm case and 16mm wide bracelet suit smaller to medium wrists well. The band is 19cm (7.5 in) long, and a jeweller can usually remove links if you need a snugger fit. It is a good size for slimmer wrists.
Do I need a battery?
No, the OUPINKE L6727 is an automatic mechanical watch and runs on wrist motion. Before first use, wind the crown at least 30 times to start it. If it sits unworn for a day or two, wind it again and set the time.
How is it different from a quartz watch?
Compared with quartz, this automatic has a mechanical movement and an open skeleton dial, so you can see it working. Quartz is generally more accurate and needs a battery change, while this needs periodic service. It is a good alternative for those who prefer mechanical character.
Is it suitable for sport or daily office wear?
It is better for office and evening use than sport. The stainless steel case and mineral glass handle normal daily wear, but impacts can scratch the glass. For sport, a sturdier watch with higher water resistance is a better pick, and this one suits dressier days.
Does the date work and can I read it at night?
The watch has a dual calendar window for easy reading of date information, and the hands are luminous for dim light. This makes the OUPINKE L6727 practical for night reading as well as dressy occasions.
Editor's take
OUPINKE aims this L6727 at women who want a dressy mechanical watch with visible sparkle. The gold skeleton dial with crystal hour markers is the main draw, and the 34mm case sits comfortably on smaller wrists.
The automatic movement is wound by wrist motion, and the maker advises turning the crown at least 30 times before first use. The stainless steel case and bracelet are paired with mineral glass, and a dual calendar window plus luminous hands add practical readability.
The main trade-off is durability. Mineral glass scratches more easily than sapphire, and 30 m water resistance means splashes and rain only, so swimming and showering are out. At 12mm thick, it also sits a little tall for a 34mm watch.
It suits someone who wants a gift or an occasion watch with a push button hidden clasp and a clean bracelet line. Buyers who want a sapphire crystal or deeper water resistance should look at quartz or entry-level Japanese automatics from established brands.
